Belgium’s pride – winner of the NC Final in Barcelona!
It was with great regret that the showjumping world said goodbye to the impressive stallion Iron Man van de Padenborre at the beginning of this year. Last year, Iron Man and Gregory Wathelet still contributed magnificently to the Belgian victory in the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona, but a few months later fate sadly struck. Karel Cox Stallions is pleased to offer Iron Man van de Padenborre for breeding via frozen semen, so the exceptional genes of this stallion do not have to be lost.
Iron Man van de Padenborre had a fantastic career at the highest level with top rankings at the world's biggest competitions, such as Bordeaux, Aachen, Shanghai, St Gallen and La Baule.
The jumping qualities of Iron Man van de Padenborre are not surprising given his pedigree; sire Darco and dam's sire Chin Chin are among the very best of all time and dam Dirka van de Padenborre is one of world's best broodmares. In addition to Iron Man, Dirka also produced the CSI5* Grand Prix showjumper Ho Go van de Padenborre and is dam and granddam of numerous approved stallions and international showjumpers, including Kamilla D, Kamiro D and Houston van de Padenborre.
In breeding, Iron Man van de Padenborre also makes his mark; his first offspring are already performing at CSI5* level. Irona van de Viking Z is breaking through with Pieter Devos, while VDL Groep Nino du Roton is doing well with Leopold van Asten. In addition, Iron Man van de Padenborre already has got several approved sons, including the BWP approved stallions Phoenix VGW, Pifte van het Houtemhof, Ramonet BS and Riesling van de Gaathoeve. Iron Man van de Padenborre deceased far too early, so use him while you still can!
