His father, Cornet Obolensky, is considered one of the best jumping sires of modern times (2018 4th place on the WBFSH world ranking list) and has so far produced 127 licensed sons, as well as 308 S level show jumpers who have collectively won over 9.4 million Euros in prize money, including Cornet d’Amour/Daniel Deusser, Comme il Faut/Marcus Ehning, Cornado I NRW/Marcus Ehning, Cornado II/Christian Ahlmann, Cornet’s Cristallo/Marco Kutscher and also Colestus/Christian Kukuk. The damsire, Vigo d’Arsoulles, helped Phillipe Lejeune to win the World Champion Show Jumping title in Kentucky 2010. Great Grandfather Jalisco B took part in the European Championships in Dinard in 1985 and he 1988 Olympics in Seoul under Malta da Costa (POR).
